Panama City Beach is now about 80% complete with its 2023 street resurfacing project, which aims to repair about 13 lane miles of outdated roads.

Almost 40 roadway sections across Panama City Beach are slated to be resurfaced in 2023. The project is estimated to cost more than $3.3 million.

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Local officials have approved more than $1.6 million in upgrades to more than a dozen city streets.  The money will fund the 2021 Street Resurfacing Project, an annual effort by local leaders to improve aging roads across Panama City Beach.
