Dr. Olga R. Chiriac is Associated Researcher at the Center for Strategic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. At CSS Olga works on research relating to NATO, strategic culture, civil-military cooperation and irregular warfare. She defended her PhD in September 2022. Olga also holds an MA in Security Studies & Diplomacy as well as a BS in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Prior to joining CSS Olga coordinated academic projects at the Center for NATO Studies and with NATO MNDSE.
