The Ondo State High Court in Ore has struck out the memorandum of appearance and statement of defence filed by the state's Attorney General (AG) in the case between the state government and a private company, Sao Agro-Allied Services Limited and over 10,000 farmers from its Oluwa Forest Reserve.
