Neil Tague The residential developer has agreed terms with Great Places Housing Group to deliver 57 affordable homes in Hollingworth, and announced two senior appointments. Mulbury will redevelop the former Organ public house in Market Street, which closed in 2015, into five apartments, while the rest of the 3.6-acre derelict site will accommodate 52 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.
