Harry apologizes, then tells his father, Dr. Bernard, that he hates calculus. I was thinking he’s way too young to be studying calculus, but whatever. When the first officer arrives on the bridge, Picard tells them that they’ve been finding hints of Aldea, a mythical planet of philosophers and scientists that is filled with wondrous technology. The...

Stardate: 42506.5 Captain’s Log: Some crew replacements come on board the Enterprise, along with Ensign Mendon, a Benzite, who’s part of an officer exchange program. Riker volunteers to participate in the program as well, serving on a Klingon ship. He is assigned as first officer of the Pagh. Stardate: 46682.4 Captain’s Log. Luckily, the annual barrage of ugly sweaters and eggnog-fueled drama has already commenced, with some of the earliest contenders hitting streaming platforms in late October - Hallo...

Nothing says “happy holidays” like a Christmas tree ornament made from a Natural Light beer can. I didn’t know the cute, metal fox was hand-painted on a can until I saw the Natty Light label on the flip side. Classy! Heck, I didn’t even know I had a hand-painted, beer-can fox until I opened the box of Christmas decorations. Where did we get this stuff? If it’s in the box, it goes on the tree, even if I have no idea where the ornament came from or even if it holds zero n...
