Reddam House Bedfordview, the school where David Mackenzie is the head of water polo and a mathematics teacher, has instituted a disciplinary hearing against him following a News24 and My Only Story live investigation.
The council of St Andrew's College says "once all relevant information has been released", it will conduct a "full review of the school's actions" in relation to complaints over the behaviour of former water polo coach David Mackenzie.
