Offset has had his "heart shattered" following the death of Takeoff.

The 28-year-old rap star was fatally shot following an ""altercation"" at the 810 Billiards and Bowling Houston in Texas during the early hours of Tuesday morning (01.11.22) and now TMZ has revealed his cause of death.

Takeoff was "shot in the head and the torso", according to a coroners report.

Prior to this, the Open It Up hitmaker announced the release date of his upcoming new track, which is produced by Kendrick Lamars cousin, on his social media account.
