Superintendent John Price today became an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM). He joins 21 other Cantabrians on the New Year s Honour list including Southern Communications Centre manager Inspector Kieren Kortegast, who becomes a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit.
