They have families to support, jobs to maintain, and simply need city college as an option instead of nothing at all or going into lifelong debt. Why the campus is being sanctioned because they are legally prohibited for violating negotiated collective bargaining agreements. Accjc is a nonstate agency lacking adequate state accountability and has unleashed authority to oversee state funded Community Collegeses. It is also a bureaucratic mess of contradictions.
