Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview build 21277, with one of the big features being x64 emulation for ARM PCs. It also comes with a bunch of fixes and known issues.

As mentioned here, we are giving Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel the option to receive builds from the RS_PRERELEASE branch.
