Subject is a black female, 30 to 40yearold old. Reporter police say she put meth into a little boys mouth. The boys nanny called for help. Shes not a very good person. She steals everybodys stuff, runs around talking to herself. Reporter peoples park regulars know thomas, who they say lives alone. Police also know the 36yearold, who has been busted fortress passing, indecent exposure and probation violation. Those who pass by peoples park daily are horrified. Its really sad, thats what it is. You know, very sad. A lot of stuff that probably happens here in the park. I was telling m friend about it. It was very shocking that that would happen. Especially a child would be targeted.
