Seal rescued from storm drain on Whidbey Island KIRO 7 News Staff Crews rescued from a storm drain earlier this week on Whidbey Island. On Tuesday night, crews responded to a report of a seal caught in a storm drain near Old Beach Road in the Mutiny Bay area.
