Working closely with the tep money and matching up where they have funding identified. I think the other part of that answer is some of the projects could be funded and they have other sources as well. A lot of the large projects the impact fees represent partial financing and leveraging of other dollars along the way. You mentioned the central freeway and dog park, i havent seen that start. Is that going to start happening this year . Thats what i have been told by the project managers on that ...

Too the way the fee works, the fees are due at construction. Which is generally the first major permit you get. Thats due for all projects except for those that have the deferral program. Thank you. Commissioners, sugaya . I think thats some of whats reflected in the table of your last page because you have in rin con monies coming in. So that must account for the second tower thats being constructed now and others. Trying to think the boundary between rin con and transit is it folsom . I believ...

I look at it everyday and i think they have a shortterm intervention right now and kind of warming it up until the construction starts. Thats been a beneficiary of these improvements. And then if you look to the right on that, and is the monetary awards and the total amount was 51. 3 million or 2122 and of that 40 percent went to the lbe primes for 20. 4 million and nonlbes got 8. 5 and i broke it out to the right to give you an idea over all and then i went down and i specifically did lbe subs of 11. 6 million and so of the subof those prime contracts or nonprime or nonlbe contracts the subcontractors, the bles were 11. 6 million and nonlbe subs were 9. 1 and you will see th...

Subof those prime contracts or nonprime or nonlbe contracts the subcontractors, the bles were 11. 6 million and nonlbe subs were 9. 1 and you will see the break out below again of the specific mbe and wbe categories. Now, that was awards, and so the distinction is awards verses payments. So me the money, so the next slide is the total payments of about 5. 4 Million Dollars. Of that, 4. 1 million was paid to prime and i mean, lbe primes and subs and so they combined those numbers and 1. , approxi...
