You are familiar with the fact that california is moving to a managed care model for health care deliveriy and in San Francisco, that means that health care for people on medical, and for people on medical and medicare will be managed care. In San Francisco there are two plans that are responsible for providing that health care delivery. One is San Francisco health plan and one is anthem bluecross.
