Police Public Relations Officer, SP Orlando Ikeokwu, who confirmed the story, said that the case was reported to the station by the child’s grandparents. Okorocha in a statement issued by his spokesperson, Sam Onwuemeodo, on Sunday, said that the target was to link him (Okorocha) with the spate of killings and Insecurity in the state.
