The state Department of Transportation announced the following road projects in Luzerne County. Work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. unless otherwise noted:
DORRANCE TWP. — Greg and Kelly Irvin of White Haven purchased a full-size Christmas tree from Helen and Ed’s tree farm on Sunday, but also left with a seedling.
The Luzerne County Bureau of Elections disclosed late Friday that more than 250 votes in the general election were not initially counted because of a "tabulator card error."
