Fewer Peterborough pupils have been offered a place at their secondary school of choice.

Department for Education data shows 76.8 per cent of pupils starting secondary school in Peterborough in September have been offered a place at their preferred school – down from 81.5 per cent last year.
It means 637 children have missed out on their top choice.
Across England, 81.1 per cent of children received an offer from their preferred school, down from 82.2 per cent last year.
