Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu is set to commission Osusu Road in Aba South Local Government Area, Ebenma and Egege Roads in Aba North LGA, on Friday, 1st January, 2021.
In a press release signed by the State Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu and made available to DAILY POST on Thursday, the Deputy Governor, Rt. Hon. Ude Oko Chukwu and the Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Orji have been invited to the projects commissioning which is a coninuation of the Governor’s project commissioning and inspection tours tagged “Kinetic Abia” which took off in August.

Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has expressed delight for the completion of the newly constructed Osusu Road, Aba.
The Governor who made this known in a statement on his handle on Thursday said it will last a long time and also promised to sustain the current tempo of constructions going on in different parts of the State.
Ikpeazu lamented the hardship which he said the former derelict road brought on the people, to the extent that plantain trees flourished on the road while commercial tricycles and motorcycles could not use the road.
The Governor said the state of the road made effective waste management difficult in that axis as evacuation trucks could not find their way through.
