The GBI says the body of Stacey Lyn Chahorski of Norton Shores, Michigan, was found in Dade County on I-59 back in December of 1988.

Officials believe she may have been a victim of a serial killer.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office identified the 15-year-old victim whose skeletal remains were found in 1974 as Susan Poole.

Authorities announced Thursday morning that the 34-year-old identity case had been solved.
