Down to frigid cold. this is something that weve been outlining since october. we took the hurricane seasons, the global hurricane seasons, tropical seasons of 33, 1950, 1955, 2005, 2010, all of those decembers turned out wickedly cold in the eastern part of the united states. and then got warmer in january, which is a good sign down the road. >> neil: okay. i understand what you said, but what youre saying this is a big deal, right? >> its a big deal, neil. its a blizzard conditions from virgin...

Listened closely to the presidents speech at the reagan building outlining this. and i give the administration credit. they came up with this document very early, i think earlier than a lot of other administrations and theyve been required under the law for 30 years to release a detailed document like this. the president personally released it. but if you listen carefully to his speech, and im sure you did, a lot of it was almost like a campaign speech. >> well, thats exactly right. he wanted to...

Stuff, it could affect the outcome of the election, which is precisely the calculus that you know is in the minds of james comey when he is trying to figure out what to do with this investigation. we now know that he wrote ahead of time before this investigation was done, a memo declining to charge her, outlining the reasons for not doing so. of course, in the end, he didnt, although he came very close to outlining what could be a pretty solid case against her and the famous news conference that...
