Outreach programs. heres something else we can send you to other than jail. another place other than jail. thats a good goal because the court cant handle these petty crimes. they just cant handle it. it is very expensive to take a lot of the tax dollars to prosecute people arrested for the small types of offenses, petty offenses. we have to have room in the jails and the police focused on the small petty offenses and the searches in the community when what they should focusing on is major crime...
