Speaking at the launch event, proprietor of the service provider, Atoho A Kinimi, said that both the tenants and house owners will benefit from the service and that service charges will vary based on location and rent amount. While the intending tenants don’t have to search for a house, the owners don’t have to do a background check of prospective tenants as they will be made eligible only after J-Pabo team scrutinise it.
