LUCENA CITY: More than P10.2 million have been released to 2,709 beneficiaries under the Department of Social Welfare Developments Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) and Labor Departments Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/Disadvantaged Workers (Tupad).
