Leveraging the prior studies and determining how large the various projects would be and get up dated bids for what they would cost. Part of whats happened in the last few years, the cost of solar has gone down. Its not actually the cost driver for those types of projects, it becomes more of the labor and aluminum framing that becomes the cost driver. So the task themselves are commodity. So getting estimates for what the various projects would cost and determining whether the construction and supply of generation can be supported by the competitive rates that are envisioned. Thats along with that second bullet point where there are a variety of estimates for how much this will cost for the buildout plan and the required estimates is required. This is something that weve been able to break through with the barren program and something we hope to do with other programs. The bay run has given us this interesting proof of concept. The success has been remarkable. In 18 months of bay run we have served 9500 residential units. Its built on our expertise with programs. Bay run is flexible, comp prehence and accessible. Weve expanded on this longterm model of energy watch but we want to do more for all our customers moving forward. We think that cca gives us the opportunity to do that. We want to more completely account for and incentivize project savings.
