Research conducted by various stakeholders revealed a gap in communication in the financial sector for those with disabilities. But Kenya is not the only African country struggling to accommodate disabled customers.
Eyewitness News had a sit-down with two frustrated workers who suffered injuries on duty and subsequently became disabled. Their main gripe is the Compensation Fund’s failure to avail money for their medication.
The 48-year-old retired from football in 2007 having played at least 150 games for the Soweto giants, earning nine caps for Bafana Bafana between 1998 and 2000.
