San Francisco Police did make four felony arrests last night for fireworks, guns and drugs. Investigators say illegal fireworks started a house fire in vallejo. It started around 1 15 this morning. The fire caused about 100,000 in damage. One family is displaced. Nobody was hurt. Fireworks are illegal in vallejo. Fireworks may have also caused a fiveacre blaze in oakley last night. Pg e shut off power lines as they put out a fire on honey lane. Two people went to the hospital with smoke inhalation. Residents got pets out safely as they cleared the area.
