Ths suspect dropped dropped the box of cigars, scattering them on the ground. The owner of the liquor store sonny, says manny wasnt trying to detain the suspect. He just bent down, trying to get back some of what had been stolen. The guy was trying to just pick up some things and they shot him the is only 20 but the kill a human dan manny was pronounced dead at the hospital. San jose police havent identified any suspects. Vicki a small plane makes an Emergency Landing on a hayward golf course. The pilot reporting some sort of mechanical issue just after takeoff from hayward executive airport.
