Former President Ram Nath Kovind recalled how Prime Minister Narendra Modi – whom he met the evening before at the At-Home reception at Rashtrapati Bhavan – spent "five to seven minutes" telling him about the background of the university, "which none of the person associated with it" had told him.
For the first time, a test centre will be opened in Mehsana for TOEFL test. Gujarat, with 17 centres, will now become one of the states with the biggest share of testing centres in the country. These centres are coming up in response to the demand from TOEFL and GRE aspirants.
