Param Sharma is the guy who has been riding around the bay in the back seat of his Tesla. Looks like he doesnt care about police or the safety of the other drivers in the bay! Currently it looks like he is riding around in a RED TESLA so be on the look out because those cars are not cleared yet for the public to use as self driving!!!
