A serious crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle shut down southbound lanes on Route 17 in Rochelle Park Tuesday night, police stated. The crash and investigation on Route 17 near Fairview Avenue on the Paramus border had closed all lanes as of 11 p.m., according to the Department of Transportations 511nj.org.
