• Must currently reside in Cobb County
• Must be a single parent household or elderly (65 plus)
• Must have consistent income
• Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residency
• Must have birth certificate and social security cards for all members of the household, any household member over 18 must have a valid photo id
• Cannot be receiving any other government/state housing subsidy or voucher
• Cannot have a drug charge or conviction of making/selling/possession of methamphetamines
• Can demonstrate a need for temporary rental assistance
• Will be stably housed once the program ends
