Reporter the changes to criminal activity here coincide with some sweeping changes that both the city and the state have made during this pandemic. Hotels that used to be reserved for tourists on lombard street have since been given to people expanding homelessness who did not have anywhere to shelter in place safely. Public records obtained by kpix5 show 911 calls to the buena vista in near mike and donna have tripled since the city started housing Homeless People there.
