Trainer Mickey Burke, leading all North American conditioners in wins through the first part of 2024, sent out both of the winners in the twin $22,973 trotting features Saturday (March 30) afternoon at Pocono Downs at Mohegan Pennsylvania.

Wayne Oke trainee Stride The Hill found his way back to the winner's circle of the top class at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel, taking the $35,000 Open Trot going coast to coast in 1:54.1 on Monday (June 26).

Despite starting from the second tier, Golden Wall AS pushed his way to the middle of the pack and ground through the far turn to down the tempo setter and deliver as the 3-2 favourite in Monday’s $24,000 Open Trot at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming and Hotel.
