Killed. The man was walking on international boulevard and one of the cars struck him. The impact took out a metal phelps and this car came to rest in the parking lot of a walgreens store. The crash happened just before 1 00 near the intersection of 82nd avenue and international boulevard. The driver of a black Dodge Charger veered off the road, striking the 49yearold man who was pronounced dead here at the scene. The driver of that charger got out of the car and ran away after the crash. Investigators say that driver was likely racing another driver who was behind the wheel of a maroon bmw 320. The bmw continued to drive for several more blocks and they eventually found it abandoned on international boulevard. Police are searching for both drivers involved and asking for anyone who witnessed the deadly crash to come forward. Someone may have seen something.
