European officials say they’re making progress to achieve “strategic autonomy” in space traffic management by building up both capabilities and policy.
"We have an issue, as everyone here knows, with China where they're just simply not sharing information. And we cannot safely operate in space if a major space major space participant isn't actively engaged and sharing information in a way that enhances safety for all," said Commerce's Richard DalBello.
Montreal Alouettes player and former teacher Christophe Normand is facing charges of luring a teenage girl for sexual purposes.
