Pasko Fiesta 2023, an annual event in Davao, is set to improve the spectator experience with various changes implemented by event organizer Harold Quibete. In a media forum, Quibete revealed that they have opted for a smaller stage to balance the need for space and accommodate VIPs. The performance area has been made tighter, with a smaller tent and the elimination of the stage platform. This means that the contingents will now be performing on the ground or the street. The decision to tighten the performance area allows for a more spacious audience section, providing a better viewing experience compared to the previous Kadayawan celebration. Quibete also took feedback from the 2023 Kadayawan celebration into account, aiming to improve the overall experience. The stage will no longer feature LED walls as backdrops, but these LED walls will be strategically placed in crowded areas so that even those farther from the stage can enjoy the performance without the need to stand.
