A bump in Cleveland's Hispanic population is a sign 'we are growing,' but work remains
For years, the tiny suburb of Linndale on Cleveland’s southwest side was known to most people for one thing: speeding tickets on the short stretch of I-71 that passes through it. Nowadays, Linndale has a different claim to fame. It's home Cuyahoga County's largest concentration, by percentage, of Hispanic and Latinx people.
