A dramatic slump in the level of investment property deals was seen in the fourth quarter of 2023 with only €350m worth of commercial property changing hands.
As much as €444m was invested into Irish commercial property in Q3 2023 spread across 30 deals. This brings the total year-to-date spend in a subdued market to just €1.4bn, according to agents CBRE.
