because it would have been dangerous obviously to try to go up and fight that fire not knowing whether or not the lines still had juice to them. so it took pg&e a while to make sure that all the lines were shut down. then instead of the fire department putting out the fire, pg&e actually did it, itself with a carbon dioxide extinguisher and firefighters say they would prefer to let pg&e deal with fires that are around their lines because its obviously a dangerous situation. so the fire...
