FARMINGTON, CT The Hilb Group, LLC announced Wednesday that it has acquired Farmington -based Andrews Benefits, LLC.
The value of the transaction, which closed in on Feb. 15, was not disclosed.
AB is an employee benefits agency that provides unique strategies and long-term solutions for clients in a variety of industries.

As a part of the transaction, Christine and Peter Andrews and their team will join the Hilb New England region. We are excited to be a part of THG s vision and focus, Christine Andrews said. TEWKSBURY, MA Tewksbury voters opted for challengers in both contested races Saturday, voting out the incumbents on both the Board of Selectmen and the School Committee.
Todd Johnson and James Mackey, III, were elected to the Board of Selectmen, according to the unofficial results. Bridget Garabedian and Nicholas Parsons were elected to the School Committee.
Two-term selectman Mark Kratman and two-term School Committee member Jamey Cutelis were both voted out, each garnering about 20 percent of the vote.

MARBLEHEAD, MA Food-insecure families on the North Shore are getting some help this spring from a collaboration between the Marblehead Community Charter Public School and the Cambridge-based Food for Free s Just Eats grocery box program.
The Just Eats Grocery box program, which launched in December of last year, fills in the gap left by a distribution problem with the USDA s Farmers to Families food box program, which now has very limited availability in Massachusetts.

HADDONFIELD, NJ Haddonfield Mayor Neal Rochford will not run for re-election, the mayor announced on social media over the weekend. He didn t give a reason for his decision. It is our engaged community that makes Haddonfield truly a special place, Rochford said. Without a doubt, the appeal of Haddonfield is due to the contributions of countless residents who volunteer on boards and committees around town. I leave with a sense of pride, knowing that Haddonfield has continued to be the go-to town in the region for visitors and residents alike.
