A Pathankot resident has been booked for duping a city resident of Rs 97 lakh on the pretext of selling land which he does not even own. Police have booked Jagpreet Singh of Pathankot on the complaint of Sukhwinder Kaur, a resident of Kailash Nagar, Jodhewal.
