Summer is coming and now is a great time to start or join a workout program that will get you invigorated, fit and toned with some individual modifications, available through Ridgefield Continuing Education’s popular Zoom classes. No worries about insects, pebbles, and humidity!
Fit and Tight, a low-impact cardio, core, and muscle conditioning workout starts Monday, May 17 (6 sessions; May 17, 24; June 7, 14, 21 and 28 from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.; Anikewich). Cost is $73.
Barre-Lates, a fusion of Barre work and classical Pilates helps you lengthen, tone and condition your core using light (2 lb.) weights and bands. A new session starts Tuesday, May 7 (7 sessions; May 18, 25; June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 5:30 to 6:25 p.m.
