A man accused of stealing a handheld police radio and impersonating officers in Shelby County was arrested Monday, according to law enforcement.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A man who said he longed to be a police officer got to play one briefly after stealing a sheriff departments hand-held radio, police said.
