Carson Briere, son of former Buffalo Sabres star and current Philadelphia Flyers GM Daniel Briere, is facing criminal charges for the wheelchair incident caught on viral video.

The victim told police the incident occurred when she was carried to the basement to utilize a restroom. The victim reported damage to the wheelchair.
