The Kinetic Ensemble will open its eighth season with The Wilderness Anthology, featuring premieres by two award winning composers, which calls to attention the climate changes happening – some of them right here in Houston. The performance takes place at 6 p.m. at MATCH on Sunday.

25-year-old violinist will be the featured soloist for LSOs season-opening concert

The 93rd season of the Lansing Symphony Orchestra opens Friday. The featured artist is Ade´ Williams, a prize-winning 25-year-old violinist. She’ll play Samuel Barber’s Violin Concerto.

The concert will also feature a performance of Sibelius’s epic violin concerto, featuring acclaimed violinist and Kansas City native Maria Ioudenitch

Yaniv Segal opens his inaugural season as the new music director and conductor of the Salina Symphony.

During Yaniv Segal's Salina tenure, he will be able to accept other engagements and already has been booked in Illinois and Minnesota.

The newly added programs will be presented at outdoor venues throughout Sarasota County as part of Hermitage’s partnerships with local organizations.
