The Eagles had the No. 1 defense in the NFL in yards allowed, and were eighth in points allowed. The Giants were 25th in yards allowed, and 18th in points allowed. The advanced stats also liked the Eagles (4th EPA/play, 6th DVOA) better than the Giants (28th EPA/play, 29th DVOA).
