A recount is coming in the Republican primary race for House District 72 after just seven votes separated candidates Joe Elison and Willie Billings.

Salt Lake County finalized its primary election results, setting the stage for a shake-up in the Legislatures minority party as Sens. Derek Kitchen and Gene Davis were ousted.

After the latest round of counting, just five votes separated the candidates for a Republican Party primary race in Washington County.
