According to the Summit County Attorney’s Office, the following cases were heard on Monday, Jan. 11, in 3rd District Court at the Summit County Justice Center. Jacob Thomas Anderson, 21, of Heber City, entered into a 36-month plea in abeyance to three counts of unlawful acquisition, possession or transfer of a financial transaction card, each third-degree felonies.
