TopStar acting Chief Executive Officer John Zhuang said the firm was open to initiatives that will push the agenda of reaching many Zambian households in order for them to access local content relevant to the communities. Speaking when the firm signed a partnership with Loyola Television to be a digital carrier as a public signal distributor, the official said TopStar has the mandate to ensure all Zambians have access to information through affordable digital television.
