Both Hill and Clark had been listed as
questionable on the team’s final Week 16 injury report. Hill was held out of Wednesday’s practice and was limited on both Thursday and Friday. He will play in the game, but it’s likely that the team will be limiting his snaps. Clark missed Thursday’s practice with an illness, but had a full practice on Friday.
Running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle) and linebacker Damien Wilson (knee) both missed all of this week’s practices and had already been declared
out on the final report.
Starting linebacker Anthony Hitchens remains on the team’s reserve/COVID list. He will also miss Sunday’s game.
DE Trey Hendrickson (neck)
Both Williams and Easton were ruled out on the team s final injury report. Tre Quan Smith was also on there, but it was later announced that he was going on injured reserve with his ankle injury. In a corresponding move, the Saints activated Marquez Callaway. Meanwhile, Hendrickson (neck), Peat (ankle), and Brown (calf) were all questionable entering the game. Brown was testing something in pregame, but it did not appear to go well.
In other moves, New Orleans also elevated Lil Jordan Humphrey from the practice squad and signed Austin Carr to the active roster from the practice squad on Thursday, waiving Tommylee Lewis and Patrick Omameh. Jameis Winston also returns from the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

I think it s interesting to note that 4 of the top 5 teams in the NFL this year have more or an equal number of Michigan players than other top NCAA football teams, so why isn t that success translating into Michigan being a top tier program? When you look at these players they are mostly on the defensive side of the ball.
Chiefs (12-1): Frank Clark, Mike Danna, Taco Charlton, Chad Henne (0 for Alabama, OSU, and Notre Dame)
Packers (11-3): Rashan Gary, Devin Funchess, Jon Runyan, Ben Braden (1 ea for Alabama, OSU, ND)
Saints Add Patrick Omameh
The New Orleans Saints are bringing back a familiar face.
The team claimed veteran guard Patrick Omameh, who had previously been a member of the Las Vegas Raiders, on Tuesday.
Omameh, who appeared in 14 games for the Saints last season, will provide some insurance at the guard position for the Saints after Nick Easton suffered a concussion in Sunday s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
After playing his college football at Michigan, Omameh was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent following the 2013 NFL Draft.
After being signed off of the 49ers practice squad by Tampa Bay, Omameh started all 16 games at right guard for the Buccaneers in the 2014 season.
